Custom-built tool that unified fragmented workflows across UF advising offices. Designed to streamline state-based approvals for student onboarding. Still in active use as of 2025.
Developed a PHP-based search capture and analytics tool for the UF College of Liberal Arts & Sciences website. Logged over 50,000 keyword queries to uncover long-tail behavior patterns, intent signals, and unmet content needs. Findings revealed diverse user segments (parents, alumni, lifelong learners) often overlooked in traditional IA strategies.
Tracked and executed a multi-phase CMS migration for the UF Bikes program. Included endpoint validation, IA reorganization, and legacy content mapping.
Coordinated Apache-level redirect testing for the Planning, Design & Construction site migration. Focused on legacy-to-live mapping and search indexing continuity.
