Systems-focused documentation engineer with roots in fabrication, photography, and independent learning.
I started out welding steel and photographing dancers. I built stands, templates, and exhibition sets — and slowly began documenting those systems so others could reuse them. That instinct eventually became NOX, a logging framework I've been building and refining for nearly 15 years.
Where others see clutter or confusion, I see structure waiting to be defined. My best work happens at the intersection of pattern recognition, storytelling, and hands-on tools.
From 2007 to 2017, I worked as a photographer, beginning at the Independent Florida Alligator — the nation’s largest student-run newspaper — where I served as photo editor. I later shot for the Florida Museum of Natural History and worked on contract for Hillsborough Community College, Florida Atlantic University, and the Dance Education Organization, building a portfolio focused on dance, documentary, and design — experience that shaped my approach to visual clarity and storytelling in my current work.
