Yellow mustard packets outside of Ben Hill Griffin stadium. A decorative bird wearing a necklace. Food compost bins instead of regular trash cans. A sticker on a discarded banana peel. A cat sticker on a crosswalk sign with Carolina and Teddy in the background. A tree that fell during Florida's Fall 2024 hurricanes, either Helene or Milton. A colorful lava lamp sticker on a garbage can. Beautiful ceramic pots for succulents. A hazardous driver captured during a reckless incident.I recently recorded a vehicle driving hazardously, an experience that often leaves me feeling anger, fear, and powerlessness. However, I've been working on responding to such situations in a more empowered way. To better handle these situations, I’ve started documenting them as they occur.
If you’ve recorded someone driving dangerously and posing a public danger, it’s generally advisable to report the incident to the police. Providing any evidence, such as a video, can help authorities take appropriate action to ensure public safety. Make sure to share the video through official channels and avoid distributing it publicly to protect your privacy and comply with any legal considerations.
I'm focusing on improving how I document events in real time, ensuring I capture details clearly and responsibly.
